Urgent - Document Authentication I’m sending this email because I would like to ask for an information. Allow me to introduce myself first. My name is Fausto Costa, I’m Brazilian and I’m currently living in Dongguan, China. I have an employment certificate document from an American company based in China where I worked for more than 5 years, and I need to authenticate/legalize this document in the Vietnamese consulate in China. The reason I need to do it, is that I have to send this document to a company that wants to hire me in Vietnam. They need this document to be able to apply the work permit for me in Vietnam. I would like to understand how is the process for me to authenticate this document? Do I need to set an appointment in advance? Is there any form I need to fill in advance? Do I need to go to the consulate in Guangzhou to authenticate the document or I can do it by email? As I live in Dongguan city(that is very close to Guangzhou), I tried to call the Guangzhou consulate from these phone numbers +86-20-83305911 / +86-20-83305910 several times but nobody picked the phone up. Please help to advise how I should proceed.
